We loaded the laundry into the drum, installed the program you need. So what? Water is constantly pumped and drained, then the device stops, and FE failure is displayed on the screen. Basically, such a malfunction at the unit is displayed during the water injection process, much less often in the “wash” or “rinse” mode.
What to do and how to recognize a malfunction if the device is not equipped with a screen, or if you have an earlier model? For such machines, a breakdown will be displayed as follows:
- The indicator lights that are responsible for the mode of any washing, including the preliminary one, light up or blink.
What does this problem mean?
The weight of the loaded wash is more than that set by the manufacturer (up to 4.5; 5.0; 6.0 kg, i.e. the weight indicated in the technical data sheet). If the drum is filled above the permissible level, then the water exceeds the nominally set limits and the machine responds to overload.
What you need to do to fix the breakdown
- If you use washing powder that is not intended for automatic washing, then increased foaming occurs. To eliminate this problem, drain the water, remove the laundry and leave the machine to dry. To avoid such an error, you need to control the weight of the loaded laundry, to choose the right and appropriate tools.
- If there was a banal failure in the automatic control mode of the unit, then remove the plug from the outlet to exclude the power supply. Leave it on for up to 20 minutes. After that, turn on the power and run the program you need, your washing machine should successfully cope with such a problem. It will reboot and work, as if nothing had happened.
